Meet Sophie

Howdy! I’m Sophie Mudge, founder and creative behind House of Ann. My experience spans marketing, advertising, weddings and events, retail, and entrepreneurship, giving me an understanding of both the creative and operational sides of business.

I’ve worked as a wedding coordinator and florist, and after graduation, as a team leader at an advertising agency, gaining experience in client management, marketing strategy, campaigns, and creative projects. I’m also the founder of Tucker & Co, where I’ve experienced firsthand what it takes to build and manage a small business—from branding, websites, and content to bookkeeping, systems, and daily operations.

That mix of experience inspired House of Ann and my love for helping other business owners bring their vision to life, strengthen their brand, and take a few things off their plate.

Texas A&M will always hold a special place in my heart, and I’m proud to be a member of the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of 2024! I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Communication, a minor in Agribusiness Entrepreneurship, and certifications in Social Media and Professional Event Management. Being part of the Dianne and M. Edward Rister ’74 Agribusiness Entrepreneurship Program gave me hands-on experience that helped shape my love for business and entrepreneurship. I’m incredibly grateful for my time in Aggieland, the people I met, and the traditions that made it feel like home. These days, you can still find me cheering on Aggie football and baseball every chance I get. Gig ’em!
